Cocoa Hideaway w/ Air Hockey + Darts + Beach Gear

The house was ok to stay in. It definitely looks nicer and more spacious in the pictures. In reality it is an old house that has been renovated to a certain extent. The house is located in a very sketchy area. I would not feel safe strolling down this street even in the day time. Many cars with loud surround sound systems and many neighboring houses would play music very loudly at all hours of the day or night. A loud train passed by and woke up the whole house at 6:30AM. There are old trees on the property. A tree branch actually fell onto my car and damaged it with a dent and scratches.Inside the house, space is very limited on both floors of the home. The living room, kitchen, and dining areas are cramped together. The biggest issue with the downstairs was that there were ants crawling everywhere! Especially all over the kitchen counter tops and the dining table. We have pictures of ants. Secondly, the indoor staircase is unusually steep. Looks like it was a more recent addition to connect both floors of the home. It is not easy to carry any belongings up and down these unsafe stairs. Anyone with knee pain could not use these. The rugs and pillows all smell like pets. The house is tastefully decorated and the showers are good. We do appreciate that they provided a fully stocked kitchen, towels, washer/dryer, and basic toiletries. Overall, it is not a very comfortable place to stay and I would recommend staying in a safer area like Cocoa Beach.
